1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Peakdays Retreats. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property near Amazon Viewpoint, Kerala, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All room reservations must be supported by valid guest details and a advance deposit or full payment as specified during booking.
• Prices listed on our platform are subject to applicable government taxes and charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if advance payments are not completed within the stipulated timeframe.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: Standard check-in starts from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out Time: Standard check-out is until 11:00 AM.
• Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund, minus nominal transaction fees.
• Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days of check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund or booking credit for future dates.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

Peakdays Retreats is committed to providing a serene, eco-friendly environment for all guests.

• Guests are requested to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Smoking inside room interiors is strictly prohibited. Designated outdoor smoking zones are provided.
• Any willful damage to resort property, amenities, or flora/fauna will incur financial charges billed directly to the guest.
• Illegal substances, hazardous materials, and firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peakdays Retreats, its management, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or participation in nature activities. Guests are encouraged to take care of their personal belongings.
